As a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer, your role involves designing, building, and supporting scalable enterprise applications and integration services using your expertise in Microsoft Full Stack development. You will work with technologies such as .NET, C#, Angular, Microservices, Cloud technologies, and modern AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or Cursor. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions and integration services. - Drive end-to-end ownership of features, including production support and performance optimization. - Build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and microservices-based applications. - Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Security, and Architecture teams. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices. - Mentor engineers and contribute to technical design and architectural decisions. - Utilize AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity, code quality, testing, and documentation. - Support cloud-native development, CI/CD automation, and application modernization initiatives. Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of software development experience. - Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, WPF/WinForms. - Expertise in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS. - Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, Microservices Architecture, and Design Patterns. - Strong knowledge of SQL Server. - Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP. - Hands-on experience with Docker, GitLab, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum. - Exposure to GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants. Preferred Skills: - Experience with distributed systems and enterprise-scale applications. - Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance standards such as PCI DSS or SOC2. - Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
