Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Title: Senior QA Engineer (5–7 Years Experience) Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to lead testing efforts and ensure the quality of ITSM and networking-based solutions. This role requires strong expertise in manual and automation testing, along with leadership and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead QA processes and mentor team members Create and manage test plans, test cases, and strategies Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing Execute both manual and automated test scenarios Track and resolve defects using standard tools Collaborate with development teams for requirement clarity Validate networking features and system performance Support CI/CD pipelines and automation initiatives Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in software testing Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.) Experience with manual testing and QA tools like JIRA Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM practices Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, and Linux Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium or JMeter Additional: Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
