Job Tittle: AI Automation Associate Experience: 3-5 years The Role Join us at the intersection of operations, consulting delivery, and capability development. You will drive efficiency by transforming internal AI experimentation into scalable, practical workflow solutions and client-facing digital products. Key Responsibilities Identify & Automate: Map workflows and implement AI-driven automation (chatbots, document processing, CRMs) to reduce manual effort.Scale & Productize: Support client delivery by building reusable digital components that can evolve into external products.Enable Teams: Document processes and foster a culture of thoughtful tech experimentation. What Were Looking For Experience: 35 years in digital workflow solutions. Masters degree (M.Tech, MCA, MCS) preferred.Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python/JavaScript, REST APIs, and automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate).AI & Data: Practical experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, and databases (SQL, Airtable).Mindset: Strong understanding of AI ethics, reliability, error handling, and cross-functional communication.
