About the role
Job Title : Technical Support Engineer (Firewall and Endpoint security) Location : Ahmedabad Experience : 2+ years Key Responsibility: Robust knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Routing, NAT, and Network Security. Hands-on experience with Sophos Firewall, FortiGate Firewall, Bitdefender Endpoint Security, Seqrite Endpoint Security, Sophos Endpoint Security Manage and support firewall solutions like Sophos, Fortinet / FortiGate. Configure and maintain firewall policies, NAT rules, VPN (Site-to-Site C Remote Access), etc. Perform firmware upgrades, backup, and health monitoring. Troubleshoot network security and connectivity issues. Manage endpoint security solutions like Bitdefender, Seqrite, Sophos. Handle Agent deployment, Policy configuration, Threat monitoring, Malware investigation, etc. Prepare and maintain documentation/reporting like Network diagrams, Firewall rule documentation, SOPs, Incident reports, etc. Monitor security alerts and events, Coordinate with OEM/vendor support for issue resolution, Support audit and compliance activities, etc. Certifications (Added Advantage): Sophos Certified Engineer NSE Certification Bitdefender Technical Certification .
