About the role
We are looking for an Automation Engineer who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building systems that remove friction, and takes pride in making engineering teams faster and more reliable through smart automation. What You'll Do: Automation & Systems Engineering Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks across testing, CI/CD, infrastructure, and internal workflows Identify manual, repetitive processes and replace them with scalable automated solutions Partner with engineering, product, and data teams to embed automation into the development lifecycle CI/CD & DevOps Enablement Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed, reliability, and observability Automate build, test, release, and rollback processes Improve developer experience by reducing cycle time and failure rates Quality & Reliability Automation Develop automated testing strategies (unit, integration, regression, end-to-end) Implement monitoring, alerting, and self-healing mechanisms where possible Ensure automation supports security, compliance, and performance requirements Tooling & Platform Ownership Own internal tools and automation platforms end-to-end Evaluate and introduce new automation tools, frameworks, or services when they meaningfully improve outcomes Write clear documentation and enablement guides for teams Requirements: 4+ years of experience as an Automation Engineer or SDET Strong programming experience in one or more of: JavaScript ( WebDriverIO or Playwright), Python ( Pytest Framework) Experience building automation frameworks rather than only using them Technical Skills CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar) Containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes preferred) Automated testing frameworks and tooling
