Senior UI Developer (React.js) - REMOTE We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Developer to join our engineering team and help build scalable, high-performance, and up-to-date web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, component-based architecture, frontend performance optimization, and responsive user interface development. We need a "Senior UI Developer "who has worked and built in "SaaS / Software Development Environments - Products." This role requires someone who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating closely with product, design, and backend engineering teams. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React.js - Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components - Develop responsive and cross-browser compatible web applications - Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams - Integrate REST APIs and manage asynchronous data workflows - Optimize application performance using techniques such as: - Lazy loading - Code splitting - Performance tuning - Lighthouse optimization - Implement modern state management solutions, including Context API or similar frameworks - Ensure accessibility compliance using WCAG standards and semantic HTML practices - Translate Figma or design system specifications into high-quality user interfaces - Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives - Troubleshoot and resolve UI defects and production issues - Contribute to frontend architecture and best practices Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in frontend or UI development with a SaaS Product Company is required - Degree from "IIIM School." - Strong expertise in: React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 - Experience with component-based frontend architecture - Strong understanding of responsive design principles - Experience integrating REST APIs using Axios, Fetch, or similar tools - Experience with frontend performance optimization techniques - Experience with Git-based development workflows - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills - Experience improving workflows using AI/ ML tools, i.e. Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude.
