You will be responsible for owning specific integration tracks and borrower-facing flows end-to-end. This includes tasks such as OTP, KYC, document upload, bureau integration, eKYC, eSign, LMS repayment engine configuration, EMI calculation, NACH/UPI AutoPay integration, defining borrower communication touchpoints, and leading UAT for your tracks. You will also be required to keep product documentation current and ensure no integration goes live without proper documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Own borrower onboarding flows including OTP, KYC, and document upload - Drive bureau integration, eKYC, and eSign end-to-end - Configure LMS repayment engine, EMI calculation, and prepayment module - Drive NACH/UPI AutoPay integration and bounce tracking - Define borrower communication touchpoints - Lead UAT for your tracks - Keep product documentation current Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of PM experience in fintech, lending, or payments - Hands-on experience with KYC flows, bureau integrations, or eSign implementations - Comfortable with API specs and able to catch issues - Knowledge of NACH mandates and EMI collection workflows - Strong written communication skills - Basic SQL or analytics ability This role requires someone with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field.
