About the role
Role Overview: At Times Internet, as a Digital Strategist, you will play a crucial role in the Digital Transformation team, contributing to the success of the company by understanding digital needs and implementing effective strategies. You will be responsible for both account planning and delivering support strategies, focusing on proactive problem monitoring, process improvement, and issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, as a Senior UX/Product Designer, you will be expected to adopt an AI-first approach and leverage modern AI-native design workflows to enhance product experiences efficiently. Working closely with Design, Product, and Engineering teams, you will simplify complex workflows, enhance usability, and design scalable digital experiences across ET B2B platforms used by millions of professionals. We are particularly interested in candidates who are proficient in utilizing tools such as Figma Make, Lovable, Claude, Replit, ChatGPT, and similar AI-assisted workflows in their design processes. Key Responsibilities: - Own UX and product design for key platform experiences and workflows - Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and scalable interface systems - Utilize AI-native workflows for research, ideation, rapid prototyping, and execution - Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders - Contribute to design systems, interaction consistency, and usability enhancements - Conduct usability reviews, testing, and iterative design improvements - Deliver high-quality design solutions within fast-paced product cycles Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills - Profound understanding of UX principles, interaction patterns, and product thinking - High proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows - Experience with AI-native tools like Figma AI, Lovable, Claude, Replit, ChatGPT, and similar platforms - Ability to conceptualize systems, workflows, and scalable user experiences - Strong visual hierarchy, usability, and interaction sensibilities Role Overview: At Times Internet, as a Digital Strategist, you will play a crucial role in the Digital Transformation team, contributing to the success of the company by understanding digital needs and implementing effective strategies.
