As a Procurement and Real Estate Operations Analyst at TMF Group, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your career in a dynamic environment. Your main responsibility will be to collect, manipulate, and process TMF Spend data for TMF Groups global markets, providing clear and concise overviews to senior stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide data-driven insights that influence vendor selection and cost-saving strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and analyze global office occupancy data - Use Power BI for dashboards and real-time reporting - Automate data collection processes (occupancy, lease tracking) - Track and maintain Savings & CapEx data - Understand corporate real estate operations - Maintain real estate portfolio data for 140+ offices - Perform financial analysis for leasing and renovation projects - Create business case documents and financial summaries - Convert data into clear, actionable insights - Collaborate with Market teams, Legal, IT, and Finance - Improve data tracking and reporting workflows - Monitor lease tracker and portfolio data - Utilize advanced Excel skills Qualifications Required: - Exposure to global operations - Strong financial analysis skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in Power BI and Excel - Strong communication and presentation skills - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field At TMF Group, we offer internal career opportunities and continuous development through global learning opportunities from the TMF Business Academy.
