DevOps Manager

As a Manager - DevOps at Trademo, your role will involve leading the infrastructure and platform operations team, managing a team of DevOps engineers, and contributing technically. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of DevOps engineers. - Designing and managing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. - Building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency. - Driving Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) and automation initiatives. - Implementing monitoring, observability, and incident management best practices. - Collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Security teams to ensure platform reliability and performance. - Optimizing cloud costs and infrastructure utilization. The ideal candidate for this role should have: - 810 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering. - 2+ years of people management experience. - Strong hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD. - Experience with Terraform, monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK), and scripting (Python/Bash). - Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, security, and reliability engineering.
