Role Overview: As a Senior Network Architect, your main responsibility will be to lead Cisco to Aruba migrations and enhance enterprise network designs in a multi-tenant environment focused on policy-based connectivity. You will be leading a team of Network Engineers and managing multiple sites across the globe. Your role will involve leading architectural design, optimization, and migration for distributed network infrastructure, including site connectivity (1-3 tier), SD-WAN, SASE, and cloud integration. It is crucial to drive decoupling from legacy Cisco Systems to Aruba platforms while ensuring Zero Trust, redundancy, and automation alignment. Collaboration with platform engineering leaders on cloud/on-prem solutions meeting business SLAs will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement scalable network architectures for sites, data centers, WAN regions, and hybrid/multi-cloud setups using Aruba Central, ClearPass NAC, and SD-WAN. - Plan and execute Cisco to Aruba migrations, including NAC, wireless, switching, and segmentation transitions in decoupling scenarios. - Enhance designs for redundancy, policy enforcement (e.g., identity-aware routing, micro-segmentation), and observability via API-driven tools. Qualification Required: - Minimum 10-15 years of experience in network architecture roles. - Expertise in Cisco Architect, Enterprise Network Architect, network security (firewall/ VPN/ Palo Alto), Network infrastructure, Cisco OR CCIE OR CCNP certified, LAN/ WAN/ Routing/ Switching. - Solid demonstrated experience in On-Prem to Cloud Connectivity architecturing and implementation, VPN's, Express Routes, DNS, DHCP, etc. - Experience in LCM, Vendor Management, IPAM.
