Network Architect- Cisco-Aruba (Onsite to Sweden)

Role Overview: As a Senior Network Architect, you will lead Cisco to Aruba migrations and enhance enterprise network designs in a multi-tenant environment focused on policy-based connectivity. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of Network Engineers, managing multiple sites globally, and driving architectural design, optimization, and migration for distributed network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement scalable network architectures for sites, data centers, WAN regions, and hybrid/multi-cloud setups using Aruba Central, ClearPass NAC, and SD-WAN. - Plan and execute Cisco to Aruba migrations, including NAC, wireless, switching, and segmentation transitions in decoupling scenarios. - Enhance designs for redundancy, policy enforcement (e.g., identity-aware routing, micro-segmentation), and observability via API-driven tools.
