About the internship: About the Role We are looking for highly energetic, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Analyst Interns to support a large-scale telesales operation comprising 300+ sales agents across multiple locations. The role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about data analysis, business insights, problem-solving, and operational excellence. The selected candidates will work directly with the Sales Leadership team on high-impact business projects, performance analytics, reporting, and root cause analysis initiatives. Key Responsibilities Business Analytics & Reporting Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance trends. Monitor key business metrics including conversion, productivity, attendance, revenue, quality, and customer outcomes. Prepare business dashboards and management reports. Generate actionable insights from large datasets to support decision-making. Identify performance trends across locations, teams, and customer segments. Data Analysis & Root Cause Analysis Conduct detailed root cause analysis (RCA) for performance fluctuations. Analyze conversion drops, productivity issues, attendance challenges, and operational inefficiencies. Identify opportunities for performance improvement through data-driven recommendations. Support leadership with ad-hoc analytical studies and business reviews. Build structured reports highlighting key drivers of business performance. Project Management & Process Improvement Support strategic business projects and process improvement initiatives. Coordinate with Team Leaders, Quality, Training, Workforce Management, and Operations teams. Track project milestones and prepare progress reports. Assist in implementation and monitoring of new business initiatives. Document processes, SOPs, and project outcomes. Dashboard & Automation Support Create and maintain dashboards using Excel and Power BI. Improve existing reports through automation and process simplification. Support data validation and accuracy checks. Develop trackers and analytical tools to improve operational visibility. Leadership Support Prepare Daily Business Review (DBR), Weekly Business Review (WBR), and Monthly Business Review (MBR) reports. Present findings and recommendations to management. Support leadership in strategic planning through analytical insights.
