About the internship: About the internship We are looking for a passionate individual to join Traya as a 'Product Management Intern'. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and marketers to create products that improve customer experience and drive growth. As a 'Product Intern,' you will help shape the product roadmap, execute product features, and track key metrics that define success. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include: 1. Product Research & User Insights: Conduct user research and gather feedback to better understand customer pain points. Support in translating insights into actionable product ideas. 2. Feature Planning & Documentation: Assist in writing product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and creating wireframes. Ensure features are clearly scoped and aligned with business goals. 3. Execution Support: Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure smooth execution of product features. Track development progress and help resolve roadblocks. 4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze product performance metrics and user behavior data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. 5. Competitor Benchmarking: Monitor competitor products and industry trends to inform product strategy. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure successful go-to-market for new features and continuous product improvement. A strong interest in product management, user experience, and consumer-facing tech products. 2. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured thinking approach. 3. Basic understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies. 4. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. 5. Familiarity with tools like Excel, Jira, Figma, Google Analytics, or similar is a plus. 6. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. 7. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering from a premium college.
