Roles and Responsibility - Support as a process expert for designing process templates in managing SAP projects. - Understand business templates and requirements to translate them into effective deployable solutions. - Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP R/3 and S/4HANA Sales & Distribution processes, including integration with MM, FI, and APO. - Work with business stakeholders to resolve day-to-day operational issues. - Configure and support SD processes, including master data such as Business Partner, Pricing, Material Master, and Output Master. - Manage full-cycle implementations, covering phases such as Business Blueprint (BBP), development, data migration, testing, documentation, training, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization. Job Requirements - Minimum 8-12 years of experience in SAP SD consulting, with at least one S/4HANA Implementation or Rollout Project and two SAP R/3 Implementation or Rollout Projects. - Strong expertise in SD configuration and business process design. - Preferred exposure to the Automotive industry, especially in Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, Demand Planning, and KANBAN processes. - Working knowledge of Transport Management and handling unit management is an advantage. - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required to effectively communicate with stakeholders. - Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and business processes. - Exhibit a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyze issues and propose effective solutions. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and interact with cross-functional teams. - Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
