About the role
- Configure and manage servers of different operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Unix. - Support technologies such as O365, Active Directory, DFS, Terminal Servers (RDS), VMWARE, Hyper-V, Web Server, and file server migrations. - Oversee and resolve problems related to servers, storage, by monitoring and troubleshooting. - Diagnose, detect, and resolve issues through Incident Tickets. - Create and maintain a central repository for all system deployment and modifications, documenting changes and updates. - Interpret information from generated reports and develop strategies to address vulnerabilities. Job Requirements - Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Windows Server environment. - Robust understanding of patching tools, security vulnerability scanning, and report interpretation. - Experience with Cloud Solutions, virtualization software like VMware and Hyper-V, and scripting with PowerShell. - Familiarity with Citrix is a bonus. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - A thorough understanding of the job responsibilities is required.
