About the role
As a Privileged Access Management Business Analyst in the Cyber Security Identity Access Management (IAM) PAM and Secrets Team, your role is crucial in preventing unauthorized access to privileged accounts, securely storing and managing credentials, and monitoring their usage. Your responsibilities will include: - Strong IAM/PAM Expertise: You should have hands-on experience in implementing privileged access controls, managing secrets, and working with tools such as CyberArk or Beyond Trust. - Compliance Know-How: It is essential to be familiar with regulatory standards like GDPR, SOX, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001 to operate effectively in regulated environments. - Risk and Governance: Your skills in identifying risks, managing issues, and establishing governance frameworks will be key to ensuring secure access management. - Stakeholder Engagement: Your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with business, IT, and security teams is essential for success in this role. - Team Leadership: Experience in leading cross-functional and remote teams, fostering collaboration, and resolving obstacles will be valuable. - Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills are necessary for building dashboards, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), key control indicators (KCIs), key risk indicators (KRIs), and translating data into actionable insights. - Process Improvement: Continuous improvement mindset to streamline, automate, and enhance security processes. - Documentation Skills: Proficiency in producing clear project documents including plans, reports, and status updates. - Certifications: Possession of certifications like CISSP, CISM, or similar will be advantageous.
