Vulnerability Mgmt Lead

Manage enterprise Vulnerability Management and Patch Management processes to ensure timely remediation of security risks. Utilize ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) to track, prioritize, and report vulnerabilities across the organization. Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to monitor security KPIs and compliance metrics. Coordinate with IT and infrastructure teams to drive remediation efforts and maintain process governance and control. Analyze security trends, prepare management reports, and continuously improve vulnerability management processes and operational efficiency. .
