RISK IT Business Analyst

Requirements : Business Analysis & Project Delivery Extensive experience performing Business Analysis within Investment Banking environments. Proven ability to gather, document and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Experience producing. Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) User Stories Process Maps Gap Analysis Documents Data Mapping Specifications Test Plans and Test Scenarios Experience facilitating workshops with business and technology stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management skills across Front Office, Middle Office, Risk and Technology functions. Experience supporting Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Ability to coordinate deliveries across multiple development teams and geographical locations. Credit Risk Knowledge Good understanding of Counterparty Credit Risk concepts.Strong knowledge of Potential Future Exposure (PFE) Expected Exposure (EE) Exposure at Default (EAD) Wrong Way Risk Credit Limits Regulatory Capital Understanding of collateral, netting and margin agreements. Knowledge of exposure reconciliation processes. Understanding of Credit Risk reporting and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with risk simulation and pricing platforms such as S&P Global Financial Risk Analytics (FRA) is highly desirable. Financial Products Knowledge Proven understanding of: Interest Rate Derivatives FX Derivatives Credit Derivatives Repos Stock Borrow Lending (SBL) Agency Lending Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS) Bonds Equities Data & Technology Knowledge Strong understanding of data analysis and data lineage. Experience analysing large datasets using SQL. Ability to perform data reconciliation and root cause analysis. Understanding of system integration and risk architecture. Working knowledge of: SQL Server Azure platforms APIs Messaging architectures Batch processes Data feeds Ability to communicate effectively with Development, Infrastructure and Architecture teams. Testing & Change Management Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Experience defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Ability to coordinate business sign-off activities. Strong defect management and issue tracking experience. Experience supporting production releases and change management processes. Communication & Leadership Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
