System Analyst/Data Analyst

As a System Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and transforming data into actionable insights to drive business decision-making. With a focus on data analysis, visualization, and communication, you will collaborate with various departments to provide valuable insights. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. - Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel. - Perform ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to support departments such as marketing, product, finance, and operations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into data solutions. - Identify trends, correlations, and patterns in complex datasets to offer actionable insights. - Clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field; MBA degree is a plus. - 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a system analyst/data analyst or similar role. - Proficiency in SQL concepts and dimensional modeling. - Strong grasp of data visualization concepts. - Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation techniques. - Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and presentation abilities.
