As a UX/UI Designer in this organization, your primary responsibility will be to design intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent user experiences across enterprise digital platforms. You will work independently to create user-centered experiences for complex web and enterprise applications. Your role will involve conducting user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis to inform your design decisions. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. It will be crucial for you to produce polished production-ready UI designs, including layouts, typography, color systems, and visual hierarchy. Key Responsibilities: - Independently design user-centered experiences for complex web and enterprise applications. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis. - Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. - Define and maintain UX/UI guidelines and standards organization-wide. - Create and maintain a central design system as a single source of truth. - Ensure consistency in user experience and visual design across multiple applications. - Document UX/UI principles, patterns, dos & don'ts, and accessibility guidelines. - Simplify complex data-heavy workflows into clear and intuitive user journeys. - Apply UX best practices and WCAG accessibility standards. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet requirements. - Provide clear design specifications and support developers during implementation. - Review designs and UI changes for usability consistency and adherence to standards. - Present design concepts, rationale, and trade-offs to stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer. - Strong expertise in UX and UI design. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD. - Understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction patterns. - Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and UX/UI guidelines. - Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG). - Experience designing for complex enterprise or data-intensive applications. - Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
