Intelex Administrator

As a Senior Intelex Administrator, Developer, and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for owning the administration, customization, development, and ongoing support of the Intelex EHSQ management platform. Your role will involve ensuring the platform is highly configured, integrated, and aligned with business needs while providing advanced troubleshooting and training to users. Key Responsibilities: - Administration & Configuration: - Manage user access, security roles, permissions, and system configurations. - Design, build, and maintain workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, and business intelligence elements. - Oversee data integrity, imports/exports, data quality audits, and synchronization with other systems. - Maintain system documentation, including configuration guides and security matrices. - Development & Customization: - Develop and customize Intelex applications using configuration tools, scripting, and APIs. - Create automated workflows and advanced reporting solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate EHSQ needs into technical solutions. - Support & Optimization: - Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot complex issues. - Deliver training sessions and act as a liaison between business units, vendors, and IT teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform usability and compliance. Qualifications & Experience: - Required: - 58+ years of hands-on experience with Intelex administration, configuration, and development. - Strong understanding of EHSQ processes and proven experience with Intelex Platform. - Solid technical background including SQL, JavaScript, REST APIs, and enterprise software implementations. - Preferred: - Intelex certification or advanced training. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. - Knowledge of relevant standards and experience with analytics tools. In addition to the above details, the job requires strong technical skills in Intelex configuration & development, SQL querying, API integration, and reporting tools. You should possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, effective communication abilities, project management skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
