Junior Project Manager

Job Title: Junior Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager (Junior PM/SDM) Experience: 2 - 4 Years Location: India (Must be willing to work PST hours, with availability until at least 1:00 PM PST) Employment Type: Ongoing Project Job Summary We are looking for a Junior Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager with 2-4 years of experience in IT Operations, Service Delivery, NOC or Production Support. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate IT operations, manage incidents, support projects and work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day IT operations and service delivery.Coordinate Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities.Monitor production applications and infrastructure using monitoring tools.Track incidents and ensure timely resolution within SLA.Coordinate with infrastructure, network, application, and support teams.Participate in bridge calls during critical incidents and provide status updates.Prepare incident reports and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Maintain project documentation, action items, and meeting notes.Support project planning, task tracking, and deployment activities.Monitor system health and identify operational issues.Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and service quality. Required Skills 2-4 years of experience in IT Operations, Service Delivery, NOC, Production Support, or Project Coordination.Good understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management.Basic knowledge of ITIL processes.Experience with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar ticketing tools.Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Splunk, New Relic, OpsRamp, or ThousandEyes.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.Basic knowledge of AWS or Azure is preferred.Experience supporting enterprise or banking applications is an advantage.Willingness to work with global teams and support PST hours. Preferred Skills Basic Project Management knowledge.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.Knowledge of SLA/KPI reporting.Familiarity with infrastructure, networking, or application support.Strong ownership, teamwork and customer-focused attitude. .
