About the role
Hands-on expertise in user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, workflows, validation rules, and reporting Experience or exposure to Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or lending platforms Understanding of Housing Finance lending processes (salaried, SENP, credit, loan approvals, disbursements) Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to support non-technical users Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud Act as the first point of support for Salesforce LOS users across branches and departments Manage and resolve tickets related to login issues, user access, data errors, and workflow queries FUNCTION : Information Technology DEPARTMENT: Information Technology SCOPE OF TRAVEL: Low KEY STAKEHOLDERS (INTERNAL): Sales, Credit, Operations, IT, Compliance KEY STAKEHOLDERS (EXTERNAL): Vendors, Fintech Partners JOB OVERVIEW: This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the Salesforce-based Loan Origination System (LOS) The role focuses on providing first-line support to end-users, performing routine Salesforce administrative tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports To VP - Information Technology QUALIFICATION: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field EXPERIENCE: 2 to 5 years of Salesforce Administration experience, preferably in BFSI or lending environments JOB ROLE: Salesforce Admin KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with dashboards, reports, validation rules, and system errors Document incidents, resolutions, and recurring problems; escalate complex cases to L2/L3 teams Provide end-user assistance, FAQs, and basic training sessions for staff Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for minor changes, releases, or enhancements Create, deactivate, and manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets Maintain data security, field-level access, and ensure adherence to HFC IT/security policies Configure and update page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, and workflows Design and maintain custom reports and dashboards for business stakeholders Monitor data quality, perform data uploads/exports, deduplicate, and ensure data integrity Manage sandbox environments, refresh cycles, and perform routine system health checks Assist in testing and deploying configuration changes and new features Maintain detailed configuration documentation, admin guides, and process manuals
