Proven experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and Custom Objects Proficiency in MuleSoft for API integrations Familiarity with lending-specific integrations: CKYC, credit bureaus, VKYC, DMS, and banking gateways Strong understanding of Home Loan and LAP origination workflows Experience working with Indian HFCs or NBFCs Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills FUNCTION: Information Technology DEPARTMENT: Information Technology SCOPE OF TRAVEL: Low KEY STAKEHOLDERS (INTERNAL): Product, Business, Operations, Credit KEY STAKEHOLDERS (EXTERNAL): Tech Vendors, API Providers (CKYC, Credit Bureaus), Document Management VKYC Tools JOB OVERVIEW: This role will design and implement robust Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, integrating with internal and external systems to optimize lead capture, eligibility, documentation, underwriting, and sanction workflows This role requires deep domain knowledge of housing finance and strong hands-on development expertise in Salesforce and MuleSoft REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to Manager VP - Information Technology QUALIFICATION: BSc (Computer Science) / BE (Computer Engineering or related field) EXPERIENCE: Minimum 4 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud development KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Architect and develop scalable solutions in Salesforce Sales Cloud to support end-to-end origination for Home Loans and LAP Customize Salesforce components including objects, flows, triggers, Apex classes, and Lightning components to align with business needs Design, develop, and maintain integrations with third-party and in-house systems (eg, credit bureaus, CKYC, VKYC, payment gateways) using MuleSoft Work closely with product managers, operations, and business teams to gather requirements and enhance workflow efficiency Ensure solutions are aligned with regulatory compliance and data privacy norms Optimize system performance to handle increasing transaction volumes and ensure high availability Maintain code quality, modularity, and reusability for long-term system maintainability Participate in unit testing, UAT support, deployment activities, and production troubleshooting Contribute to detailed technical documentation and process mapping
