Job Details:Position: Agile Program ManagerExperience: 5+ YearsWork Mode: HybridLocation: PuneShift: Time zone overlap time with US 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm IST Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile Ceremonies, and lead teams through quarterly planning.Develop and manage end-to-end plans and ensure we deliver on our quarterly objectives.Manage cross-functional programs in a matrix organization.Actively identify risks, and inefficiencies, and resolve cross-team issues.Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.Define and own metrics and key performance indicators.Communicate delivery progress to stakeholders.Collaborate closely with a wide range of teams and functions across Forge. Qualifications: At least 5+ years of work experience in a technical project or program management role. An undergraduate degree in a technical discipline. Experience collaborating cross-functionally to prioritize needs and build productive workingrelationships while also holding teams and individuals accountable to deliverables. Skilled at project planning, forecasting, and tracking. Systematic and analytical problem-solving ability. Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive. Nice to have Fintech, financial services, or regulated industry experience Experience working with Jira and Confluence Report and dashboard building Scorecard Qualifications Agile Certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe, Scrum @ Scale, etc.) Agile Program ManagementAgile Transformation Cost & Resource Allocations Portfolio Management Personality Traits Aggressive yet collaborative leadership style Autonomous Bold Skilled communicator Skills Agile Coaching Agile ceremony facilitation Atlassian tools - JIRA, Confluence Product delivery process mapping, analysis, and refinement Experience working in one of the following roles: Project Management, Technical Program Management, Agile Program Management .
