Agile Program Manager

Job Details: Position: Agile Program Manager Experience: 5+ Years Work Mode: Hybrid Location: Pune Shift: Time zone overlap time with US 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm IST Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile Ceremonies, and lead teams through quarterly planning. Develop and manage end-to-end plans and ensure we deliver on our quarterly objectives. Manage cross-functional programs in a matrix organization. Actively identify risks, and inefficiencies, and resolve cross-team issues. Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks. Define and own metrics and key performance indicators. Communicate delivery progress to stakeholders. Collaborate closely with a wide range of teams and functions across Forge.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of work experience in a technical project or program management role. • An undergraduate degree in a technical discipline. • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to prioritize needs and build productive working relationships while also holding teams and individuals accountable to deliverables. • Skilled at project planning, forecasting, and tracking. • Systematic and analytical problem-solving ability. • Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
