Job Summary: Apply Pune Candidate only We are seeking a talented and innovative Landscape Architect to join our real estate group. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing outdoor spaces for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. They will collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to create sustainable and aesthetically pleasing landscapes that enhance the value, functionality, and appeal of our properties. Key Responsibilities: · Site Analysis & Planning: Conduct site evaluations to assess soil, climate, topography, and other environmental factors to inform design decisions. · Landscape Design: Create detailed landscape designs for individual properties and master-planned communities, including green spaces, hardscapes, water features, and outdoor amenities. · Collaboration: Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and urban planners to integrate landscaping into overall project designs. · Sustainability: Implement eco-friendly practices, such as native plant selections, water-efficient irrigation systems, and storm water management. · Permits & Compliance: Prepare documentation for zoning, environmental permits, and regulatory approvals. Ensure designs comply with local codes and ordinances. · Cost Management: Develop cost estimates, manage landscaping budgets, and oversee vendor and contractor selection. · Project Management: Oversee the implementation of landscape projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. · Community Enhancement: Design outdoor spaces that foster community engagement, enhance curb appeal, and align with project branding and target markets. · Maintenance Planning: Develop landscaping maintenance plans and recommend improvements for long-term property management.

Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field. State licensure as a Landscape Architect (or ability to obtain). 0-2 years of experience in landscape design for real estate, urban planning, or similar industries. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Sketch Up, GIS, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong knowledge of horticulture, sustainability practices, and local environmental regulations. Excellent project management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
