Key Responsibilities:

Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Conduct routine safety audits and risk assessments at construction and project sites.

Implement and enforce PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) standards.

Investigate and report on accidents , incidents , or near-misses , and recommend preventive measures.

Provide on-site safety training to workers, subcontractors, and new staff.

Maintain records of safety checks, incidents, training, and inspections.

Liaise with government safety bodies and ensure adherence to local building safety codes and legal regulations .

Develop and revise emergency response plans , first-aid procedures , and evacuation drills .

Collaborate with site engineers, project managers, and HR to promote safety awareness.

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in safety supervision within the real estate or construction industry .

A degree/diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Civil Engineering , or a related field.

Certification in Safety Management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is preferred.

Strong knowledge of local labor laws , BIS safety codes , and construction safety standards .

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills .

Ability to lead tool-box talks , safety briefings, and incident reviews.

✅ Preferred Attributes:

Experience working on high-rise residential or commercial real estate projects.

Proficient in MS Office and digital safety reporting tools.

Ability to handle multiple sites and coordinate with various stakeholders.
