Sr. MEP Design Coordinator for Residential - Punawale Location

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior MEP Engineer with a strong background in residential real estate projects . The candidate should have hands-on experience in MEP design review, coordination with architectural and structural teams, and managing consultants to ensure efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Review and validate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designs provided by external consultants.

Coordinate closely with architectural and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into project designs.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and project specifications .

Participate in design development meetings and provide technical inputs to optimize MEP solutions.

Identify design clashes and lead interdisciplinary coordination to resolve them.

Monitor and guide consultants to ensure timely submission of drawings and documentation .

Support project teams during execution, installation, and commissioning phases.

Conduct site visits to ensure implementation aligns with approved designs.

Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize cost without compromising quality.
