As a Mid-Level professional with up to 6 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in building scalable backend solutions driving customer engagement across digital platforms. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in Java, Core Java, and Spring Boot (Mandatory skill), demonstrating hands-on expertise in developing robust backend services and applications. Strong experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs to enable seamless integration across internal and external digital platforms. Solid understanding and practical experience with MySQL database management including query optimization and schema design for scalable solutions. Familiarity with handling data streaming and messaging queues using technologies like Kafka to ensure efficient real-time data exchange. Experience with Date base management, ensuring precise handling of temporal data for transaction consistency and reporting requirements. Good knowledge of version control systems, specifically GitHub, to manage codebase, branching and collaboration within the software development lifecycle. Ability to analyze requirements and implement backend logic ensuring security, scalability, maintainability, and performance. Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset, with excellent communication skills to work effectively in agile, cross-functional teams. Roles and Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize robust backend components using Java, Core Java, and Spring Boot frameworks. Design, build, and document RESTful APIs ensuring performance, reliability, and clear integration guidelines for other teams. Collaborate closely with frontend developers, solution architects, and stakeholders to produce innovative business solutions that enhance customer engagement. Build and manage database systems with MySQL, including writing complex queries and ensuring data security and integrity. Implement messaging and data streaming solutions utilizing Kafka, ensuring reliable event-driven architectures for enterprise-scale solutions. Manage code repositories, handle branching strategies, and participate in code reviews using GitHub for high-quality code delivery. Participate in architecture design discussions, contribute to technical documentation, and drive best practices across projects. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues promptly, providing effective technical support and continuous improvement to the product.
