Description We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist 2 to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 9-10 years of experience in data science and analytics, with a proven track record of deriving insights from complex datasets and delivering impactful solutions to business challenges. Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights. Develop and implement data models and algorithms to solve business problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports. Continuously improve data quality and processes by identifying areas for enhancement. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data science and analytics. Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib. Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar frameworks. Ability to work with databases using SQL and NoSQL solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
