As a Senior Backend Developer specializing in Critical Manufacturing (CM MES) and Microsoft technologies, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications for CM MES solutions. You will participate in MES implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects, and optimize C#.NET-based applications and services. Your responsibilities will also include designing and implementing database objects, performing system integration between MES, ERP, and other manufacturing applications, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring code quality through best practices. Collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams, as well as participation in Agile ceremonies, will be crucial for delivering high-quality solutions. Utilizing source control systems and CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery, and supporting deployment activities using Docker and container orchestration platforms will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain backend applications for Critical Manufacturing (CM MES) solutions - Participate in MES implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects - Develop and optimize C#.NET-based applications and services - Design and implement database objects including stored procedures, views, functions, and queries - Perform system integration between MES, ERP, and other manufacturing applications - Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective resolutions - Develop unit tests and ensure code quality through best practices - Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions - Utilize source control systems and CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery - Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups - Support deployment activities using Docker and container orchestration platforms Qualification Required: - Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Critical Manufacturing MES implementations and rollout projects - Experience in MES customization, configuration, integration, and support - Understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations - 2+ years of experience in C#.NET development - Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, C#.NET, and Microsoft SQL Server - Experience with Git, Docker containers, Agile methodologies, and familiarity with ASP.NET Core Web API, Azure DevOps, jQuery, and CSS will be advantageous In addition to the technical skills required for this role, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and the ability to work independently and within distributed teams are essential. Experience working in large-scale manufacturing transformation projects and exposure to Semiconductor, Electronics, Automotive, or Industrial Manufacturing environments would be a plus.
