About the role
As a Tulip Support Analyst at TCS Noida, you will be responsible for providing L2/L3 support for the Tulip platform across global business units in the pharma/life sciences domain. Your role will involve troubleshooting application issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions to minimize downtime. You will also monitor and maintain GxP-compliant applications to ensure adherence to CSV, Quality & Compliance (Q&C) standards. Additionally, you will provide support for Tulip Player, manage UI/UX elements, and assist in data analytics where needed. Working closely with business and technical teams, you will manage service requests through ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools. Furthermore, you will assist in periodic audits to ensure the platform meets required regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L2/L3 support for the Tulip platform in the pharma/life sciences domain. - Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions. - Monitor and maintain GxP-compliant applications, ensuring adherence to CSV, Quality & Compliance (Q&C) standards. - Provide support for Tulip Player, manage UI/UX elements, and assist in data analytics. - Work closely with business and technical teams to manage service requests through ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools. - Assist in periodic audits to ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting the Tulip platform. - Total 78 years of IT experience, preferably in application or platform support. - Background in pharma/life sciences domain and experience with GxP systems. - Familiarity with CSV (Computer System Validation) and quality & compliance (Q&C) frameworks. - Experience supporting multiple global sites. - Experience with Tulip Player and UI Design principles. - Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms including Incident, Problem, Change Management. - Knowledge of SQL and Python scripting for support and reporting tasks. - Interest in emerging technologies, innovation, and automation within support operations.
