Job Description QA Lead Uengage The Role You will own product quality end-to-end, designing the QA process, building automation frameworks, and performing hands-on testing yourself. This role gives you a blank canvas to define how quality is measured, maintained, and scaled across uEngage Edge. What Youll Do Own the complete QA process for uEngage Edge across app, web, and kiosk Define and implement test strategy test plans, test cases, regression suites, release gates Build and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or Cypress Leverage AI tools (Claude, Copilot, or similar) to accelerate test script creation, test case generation, and coverage expansion Set up bug triage workflows, severity standards, and release readiness criteria Perform hands-on manual and exploratory testing for every release Work directly with Product and Engineering to catch issues before they ship, not after Own release quality you are the last gate before anything goes live Requirements Must Have 46 years in QA, with at least 12 years owning the QA process end-to-end Hands-on experience testing mobile apps and web applications Experience setting up QA processes, test strategies, and bug tracking from scratch Working knowledge of automation frameworks Selenium, Playwright etc Ability to use AI tools to build and scale automation you dont need to be a full-time automation engineer, but you must be resourceful enough to use AI to build whats needed Strong understanding of API testing (Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent) Can define release readiness independently, knows when to block a release and when to ship Self-driven - identifies gaps, flags risks, and acts without waiting for instructions Nice to Have Experience with food tech, e-commerce, or marketplace products Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into them Has worked in B2B2C product environments Experience using AI to generate test cases from PRDs or requirements Compensation: 500,000.00 - 800,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person Job Description QA Lead Uengage The Role You will own product quality end-to-end, designing the QA process, building automation frameworks, and performing hands-on testing yourself.
