About The Role Were seeking an experienced Lead UX Designer to work across complex enterprise product areas where AI is changing how users interact with software, complete tasks, and make decisions. This role is for a designer with strong product judgment, systems thinking, and craft who can shape how AI shows up in the experience and turn evolving capabilities into workflows that are clear, useful, and grounded in real customer needs. You will work closely with UX, product, engineering, data, and AI teams to design experiences that are more adaptive, proactive, and context-aware, while maintaining trust, transparency, user control, and explicit system limits. The role combines strong hands-on execution with meaningful product influence and calls for someone who can navigate complexity, make thoughtful design decisions, and help raise the quality of outcomes across teams.
