As a Senior UX Designer at the world's leading private software company, your role will involve shaping intuitive, consistent, and accessible user experiences for enterprise software at scale. You will be responsible for owning the design of product features end-to-end, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers, and contributing to the team's design language and practices. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver elegant user flows, mockups, and prototypes aligning with product goals and brand guidelines. - Design for consistency, accessibility, and usability across responsive web and mobile interfaces. - Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA to ensure alignment from concept to implementation. - Incorporate feedback from research, stakeholders, and design leads to iterate on solutions. Qualifications Required: - 68 years of professional experience in UX/product design. - Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise design work and problem-solving skills. - Experience working with or contributing to a design system. - Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools; familiarity with front-end concepts is a plus. - Strong communicator who can clearly explain design choices to different audiences. - Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related discipline.
