About the role
As an Associate Product Manager / Senior Product Analyst focusing on Growth & Retention, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle communication initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing user behavior and product performance throughout the customer lifecycle. - Driving improvements in customer retention, engagement, and repeat purchases. - Building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical models using SQL and data visualization tools. - Designing, executing, and evaluating A/B tests and product experiments. - Collaborating closely with Product Managers on feature development, product roadmap planning, and performance measurement. - Developing customer segmentation, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and retention strategies. - Optimizing push notifications, email campaigns, and lifecycle communication journeys. - Identifying product improvement opportunities and recommending data-backed solutions. - Leveraging AI tools to automate analysis, generate insights, and enhance personalization strategies. - Presenting recommendations to stakeholders and contributing to product strategy and decision-making. Qualifications required for this role include: - 25 years of experience in Product Analytics, Product Management, Growth Analytics, or related roles. - Strong SQL expertise with hands-on experience querying large datasets. - Experience in Python and basic algorithms. - Good understanding of the product development lifecycle, roadmap planning, and feature optimization. - Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, retention analysis, and customer lifecycle metrics. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency. - AI-first mindset with experience using AI tools for analysis and productivity. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred skills for this role may include experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools. Prior experience in Ecommerce, Marketplace, or Consumer Internet businesses would be advantageous.
