The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience in the software industry, demonstrating a proven track record in technical leadership and team management. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical direction and support. Design and architect scalable, efficient software systems utilizing AWS, Postgres RDS, and Django. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and prioritize project requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain best practices for software development, testing, and deployment. Ensure adherence to high-quality standards and industry best practices. Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure costs and resources effectively. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of innovative features. Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, particularly with AWS, Postgres RDS, and Django. Proven experience in technical leadership and team management roles. Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach. Experience working with agile development methodologies.

Expertise in architecture design, with a strong track record of building data-intensive applications from scratch.
