As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Django and React. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build high-quality, user-friendly applications. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and improving code quality. Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of applications. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web development. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Django and React. Proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of Django frameworks and React libraries. Experience with RESTful API design and development. Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools. Solid understanding of web application security and performance optimization. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile development teams.
