User Experience Designer - Figma/Adobe XD

Responsibilities : - UI/UX Design : Create innovative and user-friendly designs for technology products that solve complex problems and enhance user experiences. - Out of the Box Thinking : Provide unique and creative design solutions for existing products, pushing the boundaries of conventional design concepts. - Design Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and inspiration to foster their professional growth and development. - User Research : Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points, and use insights to inform design decisions. - Prototyping : Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate and validate design concepts and usability. - Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to align design with business objectives. - Design Systems : Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure design consistency across products. - User Testing : Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and refine designs. - Quality Assurance : Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs and provide design support during the development phase. - Documentation : Create and maintain design documentation, including wireframes, user flows, and design specifications. - Staying Current : Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and emerging technologies. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. - 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and user-centered designs. - Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. - Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes using tools like InVision or similar. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies. - Leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a design team. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
