Production Operations Specialist (Salesforce Commerce Cloud & OMS) Location: Remote Experience Required: 48 Years Employment Type: Contract 6 months About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and independent Production Operations Specialist with solid expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Order Management Systems (OMS), and production support operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to drive end-to-end ownership of production issues across complex e-commerce ecosystems. This role requires someone who can effectively coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to investigate incidents, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining a high standard of operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Production Support & Incident Management Provide end-to-end ownership of production incidents and operational issues. Analyze complex cross-system issues and drive timely resolution. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive measures. Monitor production systems and proactively identify potential risks. Participate in major incident management and critical issue escalations. Troubleshooting & Operations Investigate order lifecycle issues across SFCC, OMS, payment, fulfillment, and integration systems. Diagnose integration failures, order exceptions, and transaction discrepancies. Analyze logs, API responses, and monitoring data to identify system bottlenecks. Collaborate with engineering teams to implement fixes and improvements. Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary point of contact during production incidents. Provide transparent, solution-oriented updates to business and technical stakeholders. Communicate incident impact, resolution progress, and risk assessments effectively. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to remove blockers.
