The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test frameworks using Selenium and related technologies. The candidate will work closely with development and business teams to ensure high-quality software delivery through robust testing practices. Key Responsibilities Identify and prioritize automation test cases suitable for automation.Design and document automation testing strategies and frameworks.Prepare comprehensive automation test plans and obtain stakeholder approvals.Configure and maintain the Selenium Test Environment (STE).Participate in Selenium environment setup with Integrated Development Environments (IDE).Design, develop, and maintain reusable automation frameworks.Create, execute, debug, and enhance automated and manual test cases.Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.Manage defect lifecycle using defect management tools.Execute regression testing after application enhancements and bug fixes.Troubleshoot automation issues including object identification and exception handling.Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to resolve application defects.Provide regular status updates and communicate testing progress to customers and project teams.Ensure adherence to QA best practices and testing standards.
