Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst (Health Cloud) Location: Remote (Pan India) Employment Type: Contract Experience: 8+ Years Work Shift: EST (Eastern Standard Time) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and Patient Services . The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and ensure successful delivery of healthcare-focused Salesforce implementations. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD). Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications. Leverage Salesforce Health Cloud expertise to support Patient Services and healthcare workflows. Work within Agile/Scrum teams to create User Stories and define Acceptance Criteria. Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Collaborate with business stakeholders, Commercial Operations, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices. Required Skills 8+ years of Business Analysis experience. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud . Experience in Patient Services and Healthcare domain. Expertise in BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience managing UAT and stakeholder communication. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Salesforce certifications are an added advantage. Preferred Candidate Immediate joiners. Candidates available on a genuine bench. Experience working with healthcare or life sciences organizations is highly preferred. .
