Lead System Engineer

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. What does the job entail Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud. Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration. Implement robust solutions with focus on performance, scalability, and security. System Design & Integration: Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to design system components. Integrate applications with databases, messaging systems, and external APIs. Ensure smooth deployment and integration with CI/CD pipelines. Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry standards. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and participate in code reviews. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments. Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, QA engineers, and DevOps teams. Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Provide technical input during requirement analysis and solution design. Work Experience 710 years of experience in Java development with strong expertise in Spring Boot. Handson experience with microservices architecture and Spring Cloud. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ). Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of software design patterns and best practices. Strong problemsolving and debugging skills. Essential Qualification Exposure to eventdriven architectures and domaindriven design (DDD). Knowledge of security frameworks (OAuth2, JWT). Experience with frontend technologies (Angular, React) for fullstack collaboration. Familiarity with performance tuning and scalability optimization.
