Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, encompassing data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment. - Utilize healthcare data like EHR/EMR, claims, and clinical text to derive insights and support analytics solutions. - Apply AI/ML techniques, including NLP, deep learning, and predictive modeling, to address business and clinical challenges. - Collaborate with diverse teams to transform requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions. - Effectively communicate model outcomes and analytical insights to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner. - Ensure adherence to engineering standards, MLOps practices, and healthcare compliance requirements such as HIPAA. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. - 1+ years of experience in machine learning, AI development, GenAI, RAG, or data-driven engineering roles. - Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with ML frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. - Strong grasp of machine learning fundamentals, statistics, and data modeling concepts. - Familiarity with data tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQL. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP and basic deployment concepts. - Exposure to healthcare data and systems, including EHR, claims, and clinical datasets.
