Join Optum's Prior Authorization Automation Platform to build and operate scalable AI/ML platforms supporting Prior Auth Determination, Status Monitoring, and future AI agents. This role focuses on production AI delivery, MLOps, monitoring, governance, and enterprise-scale ML operations. The platform includes AI-assisted determination, monitoring, and future agentic automation capabilities. Primary Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI/ML platformsBuild scalable MLOps pipelines and AI deployment frameworksImplement model lifecycle management, CI/CD for ML, and automated retrainingEstablish monitoring for:Model PerformanceData DriftConcept DriftPrompt DriftHallucination TrackingBuild champion vs. challenger model frameworksDevelop AI observability, governance, and compliance controlsSupport AIRB, Responsible AI, and production AI readinessComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
