As a Product Analyst at Optum, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment, validation, and operation of complex claims-pricing products across multiple environments. Your work will involve troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing system behavior, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure predictable and scalable delivery. Primary Responsibilities: - Own the technical execution of product releases from development through production - Validate build deployments and promotion steps to ensure successful releases - Assess release readiness and make recommendations based on system behavior - Troubleshoot and resolve issues across application, API, data, and infrastructure layers - Identify root causes of failures related to deployment, configuration, and system integrations - Ensure consistency and stability across different environments - Analyze system logs, database behavior, and integration points to diagnose issues - Validate deployments across various platforms and environments - Proactively identify technical risks and prevent production impact - Partner with product owners and engineering teams to validate fixes and readiness for release Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of experience in software delivery, application support, QA, or development - Hands-on experience with enterprise applications and SDLC processes - Experience working with APIs, service-based architectures, and deployment pipeline tools - Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills across application, infrastructure, and data layers - Proficient in SQL for data analysis - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced delivery environment - Strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in healthcare or claims processing systems - Familiarity with offshore or distributed delivery models - Experience with performance troubleshooting and system diagnostics - Knowledge of complex enterprise platforms and integrated systems In addition to the technical responsibilities, as part of UnitedHealth Group, you will be contributing to a mission that aims to help people live healthier lives and improve the health system for everyone.
