Antenna Design Engineer

We're looking for a skilled RF and Antenna Design Engineer with 4–6 years of experience to lead the development of cutting-edge hardware solutions for SAR and AIS payloads. Key Responsibilities Design and develop RF and antenna subsystems for SAR and AIS payloads Develop antennas for spaceborne SAR and AIS systems Perform engineering calculations to evaluate antenna performance characteristics Develop and test antenna designs using EM simulation tools Conduct antenna characterization and validation Perform system-level RF design for SAR and AIS payloads Evaluate vendors and supply chain for RF transmit and receive components Design RF schematics and PCB layouts Requirements 5–6 years of hands-on experience in RF hardware and antenna design Strong understanding of RF schematic and PCB layout best practices Proficient in EM simulation tools (e.g., ADS, ANSYS HFSS, TICRA ) Experience with RF lab instruments (spectrum/network analyzers, etc.) Experience in testing and measuring antenna performance Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Education UG: B.Tech/B.E in Electronics or Electrical Engineering PG: M.Sc/M.Tech in Physics or Mathematics with a focus on Antenna Design or RF Engineering Benefits Exposure to real-world projects and innovations in space tech Mentorship from seasoned engineers Collaborative, growth-driven team culture Lots of fun while building the future of ocean surveillance!
