ey Responsibilities: Support back-office team by registering customer complaints and providing coordination support to customers and field service engineers for resolution. Hands-on involvement in installation and commissioning of transformers and reactors up to 500 MVA & 765 KV at project sites. Implement and update documentation related to QMS & EHS standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), ensuring analysis and timely compliance. Drive implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Actively participate in shop floor quality activities such as Quality Corner, Quality Gate, and Project Closure meetings at the factory. Effectively manage site manpower and contractor resources, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and safety guidelines. Strictly adhere to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols at all times. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry safety standards and procedures including PTW, LOTO processes, and EHS documentation. Ensure project-specific EHS implementation per Siemens and contract requirements. Desired Profile: Strong team player with a customer-first approach. Flexible, responsible, and willing to take charge of assigned activities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, quick learner, and assertive. Strong collaborative skills and ability to work across teams. Willingness and availability for extensive travel within India and internationally. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5–6 years of experience, or B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 2–3 years of relevant experience in power transformers and reactors. Proficient in MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
